Only Indian nationals (resident citizens of India and NRIs) are eligible to donate to us currently. We can not accept donations from foreign nationals at this time because we do not have an FCRA registration. If you are an NRI trying to make a payment via a card issued by a foreign bank, unfortunately the above donation buttons will not work for you. You will have to make a wire transfer to our bank account (details given below). In case of a successful wire transfer, please write to us on the email given below, providing details about your transaction and your personal details.

Tax status

Gavishti Foundation has been granted Section 80(G) and 12(A) registrations, thus donations made to us are eligible for exemption from Income Tax as per existing rules. To get 80(G) certificates for your donations, please send an email to taxcert<at>gavishti<dot>org1 mentioning details of your payment i.e. amount donated, date, mode of transaction, your legal name, and your PAN details.
